3. EL6731与BK3150在通讯时，状态由OP变为SafeOp时，双方有何反应？

 

EL6731 SafeOp时：

BK3150的DPState为0，input值持续刷新；

BK3150后面的KL2134的输出在watchdog之间之后，变为0

 

EL6731 PreOp时：

BK3150的DP State马上变为31，station deactivated、input值不刷新
