具体报错信息如下：

Multiple templates exist for the AliasDevice. To prevent errors, the loading of safety projects is prohibited. Please fix the following errors and restart TwinCAT.



报错原因：

这是由于在TwinSAFE项目中创建了重复的Alias device，导致了冲突。

解决措施：

可以进入报错提示的路径C:\ProgramData\TwinCAT Safety\AliasDeviceTemplates\6a974e40-4af7-4d63-9a6b-32894bc485f2\Safety\EtherCAT\Beckhoff Automation GmbH & Co. KG，找到重复的文件，保留其中一个。最后再重新激活一下配置即可。
